*SAVE THE LAST DANCE*

Save the last dance.
Through the ups and downs of life we find the struggle between cultures to be one and Sarah’s journey back to the one thing that she truly loved, dancing.
Sarah is a young white female who looses her mother to a car crash on the most important audition of her dancing career. She is then relocated to live with her deadbeat father who she calls Roy. She attends the local school and makes new friends only to realize that there is a fine line between right and wrong and that her relationship with Derek is viewed by society as wrong.
This movie is basically how to over come the traditional ideals of what society thinks and to follow your heart. Believe in yourself and those you love and that’s all that matters.
It’s the soundtrack to a really good time and one of the first dance movies to hit the scene and make way for the next generation to come.
